i am going shopping tomarrow (i am from a small town that doesnt even have a Walmart, so going shopping is kind of a big deal) and i need something to wear that can get me noticed but not be skanky. any ideas?

If the store has it, try getting a pink skirt ( a short one that is a little bit over your knees ), a brown t-shirt if wanted, with glitter on it. Try getting pink flipflops that are about 1 inch high. Then, to have a beautiful touch, at home add pink eye shadow and blush on your face. Then you can go outside in style! ( if you want, you can wear brown sunglasses even though it will cover hte eye shadow! )

Check out the closets, the basement if you have one, and the attic. Perhaps you can find some styles that you might just resurrect. You are lucky if your town does not have have a WM. Their cheap prices and poor wages changes the unique character of small towns. Also, I would recommend shopping for big ideas not big deals.

Something that makes you feel good and makes you feel hot usually is. Anything really like pants that fit great on the butt and are a little baggy at the bottom. a tight top but not to tight just the right fit. Really anyhting just not a really really short skirt and a really short top. Good luck finding something i'm sure you will. Just go with whatever you feel comfortable with.

Nothing will get you more noticed than a wholesome summer dress. Like what Gwen Stephani wears in the No Doubt video "Don't speak". Sometimes less is more.

throw togther a outfit that u havnt worn before. but keep it simple. then wear a lot of jewlery. like, wear jeans and a cute top and then wear big earrings and a a couple of necklaces and many bracelets. thats what i would do.:)

aww..... im sorry to hear about you not having a walmart...... lol.... :) Last week was my birthday so i went SUPER shopping......... the best thing (nowadays) are gouchos...... they are so so cute and makes you butt look awsome ( but u have to have a nice butt already to wear them) !!! I bought a pair of those with a VERY low cut shirt..... super cute!!!!

a black skirt halfway blow your knees....a white shirt that hab either black polka dots or black bottons and a this red belt that is tight around your waist....or instead of a black skirt u can do a black pair if capries. Also for your makeup you should do smokey eyes...not too much...and then red lipstick.....like the color of your belt....with the same color shoes.....pumps.

I would go with a black pair of capris and any color top. Make sure to match the color of the top with the same color of flip-flops or sandles.
