You should use these web sites. They are very good!

HTMLdog has great tutorials, and HTMLkit is a good HTML editor. Also get the Firefox browser because it has a lot of web design features in it once you get more advanced.

Practice creating sites online for free at www.freeservers.com

This is a great site if you don't mind the banners and it's cheap if you want to pay to get rid of them.

Great place to learn. Also, try www.webmokey.com
