First of all we can't believe in mythical creatures, a myth means it's not true. Now, I do believe in the so called myths ..just as Christians believe in the parting of the Red Sea and the Devil waiting to torture sinners for an eternity. The Bi bile was written by very ancient people then translated(sometimes willy-nilly) and interpreted as befitted the translators.
All the ancient knowledge of faeries, little people, and worse, the history of entire species was passed down through word of mouth. Almost all evidence of this rich lore was destroyed by the Holy Roman Empire, including medical and herbal knowledge that are now touted as great discoveries, only to find that white witches, Druids and old souls have been using them for centuries. Believe!

I don't know if you'd consider Santa Claus to be a mythical creature
but I do believe in Him. Santa stands for so much that is good.
Hes magic! He likes people! He likes milk and cookies. He can fly!
Hes generous! He likes bright colors. He makes people happy!
He likes little people! Nice question!

Well aliens are probably real...surely we are not the only living things in the entire universe, how sad that would be! (As for their actually coming here...eh...)
I think that maybe the Loch Ness sea monster and other similar animals may have some real life shy animals that really are there (not necessarily in all lakes said to have them), but who knows.
Maybe there is an animal we consider big foot? Reports of such a thing are maybe thousands of years old among many different cultures world wide... makes you wonder.
P.S. From above...the Dodo was real, it only went extinct...

Mermaids, dragons, bigfoot, and 'aliens' all exist. Bigfoots and 'aliens' are being who are from earth and were created by genetic manipulation by a race of dinosaur people who live in cities deep beneath the Earth. Mermaids and dragons are beings who may or may not be physical and are a part of a body of water.

I believe in aliens, but so do most people. What most people laugh at me for is that I believe in the fae. I believe in them because I have seen them and pictures of them. And more than that I have faith in the unknown. If you don't have faith in anything in life what do you have faith in other than the unknown?
To the girl above myth doesn't mean its not true, it just means that the governments of the world haven't been able to find them because they are so well hidden on places the people of the world don't even know exist. Or if you don't believe the gov is corrupt then it is just something that once existed but there are no written records of it or no one of importance has seen one.

I believe in Unicorns the reason why is because it's just basically a horse with a horn on it's head it's totally reasonable that they exist. Mermaids also no one knows what is at the very bottom of the ocean it hasn't even been explored yet.

if there were mermaids or are i would believe there arent many and it would probably be a rare dna case that why alot of people went to sideshows and carnivals because they were different it may be possible so its not dumb neither is your boyfriends idea
I believe in the afterlife i have seen a spirit ,angel and been helped by the lord in a way that many people would say is a lie,but i have no reason to.i believe the lord is very creative and there may be a unicorn somewhere and fairies there are many unexplainable thing but dont be nervous because there is still alot of good left in the world.

i believe in the fey, i am not sure about satyr's, or teants(like tree beard from lord of the rings) although i would LOVE to meet one. i don't think unicorns are still around, i think man was too greedy and destroyed them. mermaids are possible but i think they'd be mean and just try to drown you. i think dragons evolved into felines when they realized people were hunting them down. but the great thing about all this is would anyone really believe u if u said u saw a mermaid? i thik these creatures know this and are taking advantage of it, especially vampires.

Unicorns, Fairies, Leaprechauns, trolls, goblins, witches, worlocks, demons, Gryphins, Dragons, Jhari cats, Caitshides all live on a parallel plane on which are constantly rotating levels to where at certain points in the times that we live we will encounter such a being and just as quickly it will again be gone and a figment of the minds of children so long ago.

I believe in dragons and other "mythical creatures". They just know how to hide REALLY well. Whenever something weird happens around the house or at work, I know the "little spirits" are up to their mischief. I'm sure at least once someone has walked into a room and felt another presence, but when they look no one's there. If they want you to see them, they'll let you, whether physically, etherally (spirit/ghost form), or in your mind's eye. It all depends how open one is to it.
