its genetics. its very common. i wish i could remember the site , since no one is a full breed this day in age we all inheirit some characteristic from our grandparent, great-grands, ancestors, and so on. some people are pale as a ghost but their knuckles and and finger joints are dark, meanwhile some even tan and their pvt. parts are immensly dark. Nothing to worry about.

If you are talking about the hair color than that is normal but if you are talking about the skin then that is because that part of you normally doesnt get any sun.

Pubic hair arrives 12 or 14 years after your other body hair. It is often a different color than your head hair or other body hair.
