I am a punk and I'm not white. Not every punk is white. Its probably seems like where you live but I live in a diverse place so people of different background are punks or drees up street.

HA! Went to a MSI concert a couple weeks ago and saw one of the punkiest chics I have ever seen and she was as dark as oil. One of my very best friends growing up was a black dude that was pierced all over his face, had a huge mohawk and wore leather and combat boots. Have seen plenty of Asian punks too. Granted, not many dark skinned people, but never seen them get sh*it for it.
