Ok, that is the hats...the house is the one i am wanting the most. People move in the house and its happy, then they move out and life sucks...stuff builds up all around him, but he ends up back where he started with a loving family?

its Disney's "Make Mine Music" from 1946. The song is Johnnie Fedora and Alice Bluebonnet...so cute.
