All time fav... Deanna Troi -- I was gonna grow up and BE her! lol
TOS : Spock -- because its illogical not to
TNG: Besides Troi -- Q-- but I did have a fit when Data was killed in Nemesis.... Not to mention the Crush I had on Wesley when I was 6....
DS9: Kira Nerys -- who DOESN'T like a kick butt woman!
Voyager: Janeway -- bout time a Woman Captain got a show!
IM still pretending Enterprise didnt happen!

Never really watched the original series, so can't say a favourite there....
TNG -- it would probably have to be Troi. Looking back she was sometimes a bit pointless (especially in the first season), yet she was really pretty, sweet, and would occasionaly get feisty (usually when her mind was taken over by someone else). It was pretty cool that she could sort of read people's minds too.
Voyager -- I actually really liked Kes at first, very beautiful girl, and she was sweet too. Kind of played the Troi role for Voyager. The doctor could be really funny at times though, but I'd ultimately have to say Torres. It's harder to pick a favourite for Voyager because of the Kes/Seven interchange halfway through, and for the fact that the show utilized all the characters a lot (except for Kim).
DS9 -- Probably the Doctor. he was pretty laidback and cool. The replacement Dax in the last season was pretty cute, but alas she was only around one season.

I went from liking William Shatner as Captain Kirk, to Leonard Nimoy as Spock, to DeForest Kelley as Bones in the original series. Maybe it had something to do with emotional development - being attracted to the "cute" boy, then to the boy with personal intellectual development, then to the one who was service-oriented and not afraid to be a supportive character. I will always be a huge fan of Patrick Stewart - just a great actor all around in whatever he does. William Riker - yeah, cute, too. Sorry I'm not as familiar with all the other series.

Captain Jean-Luc Picard is definately the most amazing Star Trek character ever created. Patrick Stewart is so friggin gorgeous.
P.S. on the comment above. William Shatner wasn't in Enterprise, he was in Star Trek. No Enterprise in the title. Phony.

I only watch ENT and TNG, but for those...
TNG:
Fav. Male Character: Will Riker- Because I think he is funny and cute, and I like his outgoing personality.
Fav. Female Character: Deanna Troi- Because she is caring and concerned for the well being of others. Also she is a psycologyst who deals with children and families a lot, and that is one of the things I want to be when I get older.
ENT:
Fav. Male Character: Charles "Trip" Tucker III- Because he makes me laugh and I think he's kind of cute.
Fav. Female Character: Hoshi Sato- Because she is timid and unsure of herself when she first joins the crew, but she (throughout the series) overcomes her fears and is key in many of the missions.
Favorite Overall Star Trek Character: Deanna Troi, but she just bearly beats Hoshi.

Well, Original Series, of course its Kirk. Kirk rules.
Next Gen, it has to be Data.
Deep Space Nine, I am partial to the Dark Universe Kira. Enough said about that.
Voyager, need to go with Chakotay.
And Enterprise, Archer is the man.

The Tribbles - all they do is look cute, eat and reproduce. Q comes in a close second overall.
TOS : McCoy - he could see doom in whatever situation they were in, and he was a doctor to boot! Kirk's voice of reason against Spock's Logic.
TNG : Ensign Robyn Loeffler - Ashley Judd, who wouldn't like her? As far as the normal crew goes, Dr. Crusher was cool.
DS9 : Jadzia Dax - A trill female who goes on a blood oath with Klingons, Marries a Klingon, and outplays Ferengi's at their own game has got to be #1.
Voyager : I'm torn between Janeway who kicked butt more times than I can count and Kes, the lovable Ocampan who looked pretty damn good in leather/spandex/or whatever that suit was made of in Warlord.
Enterprise : Hoshi - the one person who was out of uniform just as much as she was in it. Translator and neurotic spacefarer. What's not to like?
