I am a huge chicken for pain. But I really want to get my ears pierced. Does it hert really bad?

Pain is only relative. You might feel pain the moment it happens, but it'll soon become dull and disappear... dont let your fears hold you back from wearing pretty earrings....

No, it doesn't hurt at all. It stings for just a few minutes after you get it done, and they feel a bit warm. You should get them pierced. The only time it hurts is if they get infected, or you get an allergic reaction. Then your lobes swell. Don't wear any earrings that are not surgical steel or sterling silver for the first year or two you have them pierced.

It doesn't even hurt as much as a pinch. My son wanted his ear pierced (8 yrs old). He asked how much it hurt, and I said sort of like this, and pinched his earlobe a bit between two fingernails. When he actually got up the nerve to have it done, he said that my pinch hurt more that the piercing. It's really fast, and practically painless. (My ears are pierced 4 times.)

No, it doesn`t hurt bad at all!! I just got my ears pierced last year, because my other hole closed, and i was so scared that it would hurt. They gave me this stuffed toy to squeeze in case i needed to for the pain, but i didn`t really need it and when they pierced my ears, it took less than a second and there was absolutley no pain!!! Trust me, you won`t regret it if you have it pierced!! Good luck!

no, it doesnt hurt a tall. all that happens is u get a little pinch in the begining that doesnt even feel ike nething and then ur ears are pierced! the worst part is not being able to take them out for six months.

No it doesnt because I got my first two peircing when I was a baby and I couldnt remember. And I know everything hurts me even a shot. So I got it done and you can only feel it when they are taking the gun out because they have to get the back on and everything and that only lasts like a second or two.

Not that much, msbey 4 like a minute, but it's just like the feeling when you get pinched. Don't worry bout it! I was scared 2, but my friend had had hers 3 times, and it never bothered her 1! If u r real scared, just squeeze sum1s hand while ur getting them peirced.

I haven't gotten my ears pierced yet but my big sis told me it's just a little pinch for a quick sec. and that's it but after getting your ears pierced keep your ears CLEAN

it feels like a stinging pinch for a few moments... but remember that you will be on and over with life and have earrings forever just for those few moments of pain and it really only is a few moments
