If you're asking others, apparently you're having a problem with it. It's never okay to stomp, or hit, or inflict violence on someone else (outside of self preservation). Was this a fun wresting tussle or were the two of you physically fighting? Who started it? Was he beating you or just trying to defend himself?
Good rule to live by, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. If you wouldn't care to get stomped in the groin and/or face...there's your answer.

I believe you made a huge mistake. When you kick a man in the balls you have made enemy #1 out of him. The face kick is ok as long as it was in self-defense.
