It's really not the parts but what kinds of animals. It is mostly made from the scraps of meat.
It can be beef, pork, and deer(that's for homemade).

Pepperoni is a kind of sausage. It comes from left overs of many different animals, pigs and cows mostly. They put special seasonings in it, cook it, slice it and it's pepperoni.

pigs, that get held upside down hit with sticks and they cut ther thort and let them drownd in they own blood....so thats y i dont eat pigs...
