There is no best cell phone. It all depends on your needs and wants. For instance, everyone seems that the RAZR is cool. But I completely hate Motorola and will never buy any product from them again. I had a phone and walkie talkies from them and both worked terrible. Sometimes the Windows Mobile phones don't come with a lot of the carriers features. Like with Verizon, some PDAs and handhelds don't have Get It Now. Again, it really all depends on what you need want and like.

depends on what you are looking for... do you want a camera, videos, mp3's, durability, size? tons of factors are involved.. also different carriers have different options.
