I'm not sure I understand your question, but let me try giving you some information that may help.

For each woman, there are specific days in her cycle (usually about 4) when she is fertile. These are the days before ovulation. Sperm can live in the female body up to 3-5 days under good conditions (only a few hours--not long enough to fertilize an egg) otherwise. The egg only lives a few hours after ovulation. So you need to time sex for *before* you ovulate if you want to get pregnant.

Are you asking if there is a specific day of your cycle that is best to conceive? If so, typically this is cycle day 12-16 with day 14 being the one doctor's usually go by. This all depends on your cycles too. If you have a typical 28 day cycle then you will typically ovulate around day 14. This can fluctuate with each cycle however. After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
