Absolutely, we'd be Best Friends. I see us skipping through the forest, with the bluebirds flying around us. We'd stop and they would alight on your fingers. We'd laugh as a squirrel did summersaults. The sun would shine on us, and the trees would sing songs to us. We'd be so happy together, until our happiness was just too much and we spontaineiously (sp?) exploded. I think it'd be awesome.

No. I might like you, but I don't trust people I randomly meet online, thanks. If you prove yourself to be a good person, then I would respect you. If you are cool, then I would want to get to know more about you. If you're interesting, then I would want to become your friend. If you find me interesting, then maybe we could become friends. But not right off the bat.
