Obviously noone really read what you said. You seem to be doing everything possible with your diet. The only problem you have is over treating your face. When your skin is over dried out, the sebaceous glands send a signal to your brain which in turn sends back signals to your glands to produce more oil. With this over production, it could cause the pores to get clogged resulting in acne and blackheads. The best thing you can do is wash your face with a soap that is rich in lavender essential oil. Lavender has antiseptic properties that fight bacteria. Another good one is oatmeal soap. ProActive sucks. You could also be using a makeup that has fragrance in it and it could be causing more trouble. Maybelline and Cover Girl arent great makeups. The best makeup I have ever used is Revlon New Complexion makeup. Been using it for the past 15 or more years. Ive tried just about every other brand there is. Make sure that whatever brand you use it is water based which allows the skin to breath. Always scrub your face after washing every morning with one that has salicylic acid. Not benzoyl peroxide. And wash at least 3 times a day. Dont use any alcohol based astringents either. Use witchazel instead. The best treatment in a tube is Herbal Logix but it is very difficult to find. Its called spot and blemish cream. Also, you might want to consider using a bentonite clay mask (read the back of those labels) at least twice a week. Its great for spot treatments overnight. Good luck

Wow, our situations are basically the same. I just started using cetaphil in the mornings and I use the proactiv toner + lotion morning, then night: everything proactiv on my face. the only thing is that i don't use make-up. i used to when i was younger, before my oily skin (I know ironic). Now my skin is more oily than before, but i guess that's natural b/c I'm a teen. Don't use make-up first of all. Its not school-time anymore so it's a good chance for you to 'get back on track' and go all-natural. Also, I just started using my fingers instead of a face-cloth to wash my face b/c my skin is hypersensitive and I think the cloth is damaging to my skin. Using fingers to rub in cleanser is gentler. Also, I've seriously tried every way to wash your face/every brand of cleaner/not eating junk food/exercising certain amount/getting enough sleep but not too much sleep/EVERYTHING, but I've learned that its puberty and sometimes, teens just have to live through it!

i'm a guy who has to use these johnson/oil of olay facewipes and they work really well. I've never had spots since and when i stopped using them, spots (or zits) started to grow. Got rid of em when i bought some more...
I think all this make up could make it worse. I think while you're still a teen, i'm willing to bet you're really pretty without make up and only mascara really looks good on girls anyway.
I've seen people go to extremes to get rid of spots. Like this one guy, when we were like 12-13, he used to go to use the sunbeds and the local tanning parlour and he came in to college more and more tanned every few days which was funny. It supposedly helps rid of spots but don't do it! It didn't work for him! He's gay now so it kinda doesn't look so bad for him anymore.

trust me girlfriend, im 16 so acne is nothin new 4 me. i dont think there is a way to get COMPLETLY rid of it, but you can take it down to about 2 or 3 zits.
I wash my face with neutrogina acne wash. it works wonders! and during the summer i swim alot in chlorine water. it dries out my zits, but it doesnt ruin my skin tone or make my face itchy. you should try it. but remember, your not gunna get rid of your acne in like 3 days. it takes awhile. if you wash your face 2x a day (morning/ night) for about a week or two. you will see the results.
acne is just another teenage thing that we have to deal with, but we can make the most of it.

Get used to it. It will happen, and nothing will stop it. It's like growing from an infant into an adult. It's just going to happen.
But lotsa stuff can make it not so bad - like what you're already using. Sea Breeze worked pretty good for me.

i used to use cetaphil face wash and it did nothing for me. i had also used pro-active and it did nothing but bleach the coloring on my fabrics. i know you hate it. i had started breaking out in elementary school, and believe me it aint no picnic. try using a facial scrub and products without alcohol. i have good results from proactive users but thats usually after months and sundays of using it. drink plenty of water and keep your stress levels down. try changing make-up also. i use M.A.C. and it covers all of my acne scaring wonderfully. i hope i have been of some help.

Clearasil cream toned or vanishing. Whichever you prefer. Anything with 10% benzoyl peroxide. Skin can break out if you do too much to it also. Try only one of those treatments a day. It sounds like your skin is over producung oils to make up for being over stripped of them everyday.

well exercise makes a big difference.. try to schedule physical activities every day-- When you sweat, your pores naturally clean out : creating clearer skin! Also, everyone goes through a stage like that in adolescence where it doesnt matter what you do... and I am sorry, but at least it might make you feel more comforted to know that for one; you are growing to be an adult. and two; everyone has gone through it....
good luck!

Keep using that cream and eventually the zits will go away! Stop using so much oils on you face. That will prevent them.
