I say Sixth Sense is the scariest movie I have seen (the Ring is a clos-ish second). Ghosts just creep me out. There's that one scene where the kid is hiding in his red tent and the girl ghost is taking it apart, and then she appears in front of him, puking all over the place...I was scared for a week!
The Horror-est movie I have ever seen, in terms of embodying everything I want in a horror movie (suspense, some scary stuff, and a good dose of camp on the side) is the remake of Dawn of the Dead. The old one by George Romero is a classic, but the fast-moving zombies are much scarier. Zombie movies rock!

The Exorcist: Without a doubt. I saw it when it first came out in theaters. At that time there was nothing to compare to its special effects.
Since then movie watchers have become desensitized to horror movies and don't react as badly, but at that time folks were throwing up in the isles and passing out. Thought I was a bad-*** then but the Exorcist kept me up all night when I saw it the first time.

The movie that scares me the most, even now is THE EXORCIST. As far as creepy I'd say this Japanese movie called THE AUDITION.
