I can answer all this with one word SEX!

The big bang...that was the initial gang bang that gave birth to the universe, so we may have sex.

Time travel...Do you loose track of time while having sex? It's not your brain, it's time travel, physically possible.

Meaning of life...Simple to have sex, procreation baby!

Creation Vs Evolution...Evolution, you and me baby were nothing but mammals, so do like an animal.

Artificial Intelligence...I hope so, I know people who have sex with their computers daily.

Life after death...Fear it, for it is the end of sex.

Extraterrestrial Life...Yes, you have to look forward to banging someone once all the earth Chic's are taken.

Cultural Relativism...Long ago; at the dawn of man, all we morally valued was sex. I think were just coming full circle.

Ethical Dilemmas... Who was better to have sex with. With a corpse (necromaniac) or the Hot 18 yr old girl next door (this would be the right answer).

Social Justice...Is the poor person Hot and will they put out?

Big Bang: And (the) God(ess) said-"LET THERE BE LIGHT!" And so came the Big Bang, as the begining of Evolution and the course of human life.

Time Travel: If it happens, it's already happened. Understand? For instance, if you go back in time and do something, then it's already happened. So, changing history is impossible, and, more likely then not, whatever you do to try and change the past will make it happen.

Meaning of Life: It's not the answer to that question that's important-It's the question itself. It's driven human existance, our pursuit for that one answer. One day we may find it...but what will it be? And what effect will it have on us?

Creation v. Evolution: We ARE Apes. That's the point. We are an evolved animal, just like animals are evolved from simpler forms of animal life. Evolution is simply mechanics-How things work. What's behind it, or what influences it, is up to personal belief. But know this-Creationism is a crock, and this "Intelligent Design," where God is up there making certain body parts and making Mankind greater then other animal life by creating them flatout, is BS.

Artificial Intelligence: It's certainly a possibility. If a computer is made advanced enough, and given enough programing freedom to make it's own decisions and choices, then it could become sentiant life.

Life after Death: I believe there is, but our fear of death stems from the unknown. Most people believe that there is life after this. Most of them even have some belief as to how it looks. But noone KNOWS. Besides, we're living now...let the afterlife take care of itself.

Extraterrestrial Life: Of course we're not alone. It's a mathmatic improbibility. In such an extencive and infinate universe, solitarity is not possible.

Cultural Relativism: A Little bit of both. There are some morals that are absolute, while the nitpicky ones are left to individual choice. It's the differance between Justice and Belief.

Ethical Dilemmas: That's up to you, mate. No one can decide for us. Again, it's the overlying factor of Justice married with your own personal beliefs.

Social Justice: The rich will never volenterraly help the poor. What needs to happen is, we need a system where it's the working people running the system, thus breaking the power of the rich and keeping the poor from requiring their aid. That, my friend, is True Socialism.

Most of these are descended from one main question:

Is there a God?

Answer this one question and you've solved the beginning of the universe, the meaning of life, creation vs. evolution, life after death, relativism vs. absolutism, ethical dillemmas, and social justice. You might also have solved the extraterrestrial one too, but not necessarily.

The only ones that are left are time travel, artificial intelligence, and maybe extraterrestrial life. I can at least shed light on time travel.

Logically, time travel makes sense, on one condition. Nothing can change the past, but if we had a Future Max in 2006, then it's entirely possible (in fact, necessary) for Modern Max in 2026 to travel to 2006. This brings in questions about free will, but by itself time travel, even to the past, is logically plausible.

Further, we know we can travel to the future through a really fast rocket. Going fast slows down the effects of time, allowing us to effectively take a one-way trip to the future. At least one form of time travel is not only logically and scientifically possible, but also practical.

We know that wormholes exist, through which subatomic particles are able to travel instantaneously . We know that with enough energy we can enlarge and maintain a wormhole to be big enough for a person. We know that we can put one end of this wormhole on the aformentioned spaceship so that the ends of the wormholes will eventually be at different times, thereby allowing instantaneous time travel, including to the past (though not forever into the past). It's logical and scientific, but not exactly practical: we'd need to harness as much power as a small star to keep a normal wormhole a meter in diameter. Also, it doesn't allow us to visit the dinosaurs unless we find such wormholes already made by previous civilizations (which would relate to the extraterrestrial question too).

If this answer is satisfactory, then you've got three questions left: Is there a God, Artificial Intelligence (which I think is pretty simple), and Extraterrestrial Life (which I think is also pretty simple).

1. It didn't. Matter/energy has always existed (Creationist make the same claim for God, why not for matter?)
2. Yes, we are all moving forward through time.
3. Like all organisms, to perpetuate the species (not just sex, but also in safeguarding and strengthening our offspring)
4. Evolution (Not apes, but an ancestor common to apes and man, big difference)
5. Yes (your mind is a computer, so why not the other way around)
6. See answer 3. Death ends 3 and causes us to fail that purpose, so we fear it.
7. No, but we'll never meet them. Their just 3-eyed whales or plasma balls anyway.
8. relative
9. Easy, Pick "right" and not "wrong". Actually, this question answers #8. If morals were absolute, you wouldn't have asked this question because you'd have a pre-ordained answer to "right" and "Wrong".
10. They can't help but do so. You can't hire another rich man to mow your lawn. You have to pay, and therefore help, a "poor" one. Thus, by definition, a rich man helps a poor man.

The answers to your questions elude you because you are not looking in the right place.

The end of the matter, all has been heard. Fear God, and keep His commandments; for this is the whole duty of man. Ecclesiastes 12:13, from the Holy Bible. Fear in this reference is another way to say reverence and honor and respect God and keep His commandments (as stated in the Bible Exodus 20). That is the meaning of life. Your other questions have answers you will find in the Bible, with the Holy Spirit and a Bible as your guide you will find the answers you seek. You may have heard this explanation before, however, a quest through your Bible is one you will not regret. Its not a novel however. If you need assistance researching the Bible, there are great websites to help.

#1 is a good question. The big bang theory is just that, a theory, and so are all of our own thoughts on it. I don't think as humans we could ever answer that, at least not without the other 90% of our brain waking up. Even then, we may not posess the knowledge of such things.

I don't believe the big bang theory because if that was true, then the material had to exist prior to the big bang. There could have been a big bang that caused the visible universe (by our current technologies) to have been created. But, in order for something to be created or exist, there must be something for it to exist inside of, whether it is empty space or otherwise.

If God is real, our universe could possibly have been created by him, and could be just a small fishbowl in relation to him. And if that's the case, then he must exist inside something, such as more empty space.

#2 is another big one. I would say it is not possible. Time itself was invented by humans to measure cycles of life, whether biological or astronomical. So time actually does not exist. It is an illusion we create for ourselves. Therefore, traveling backward or forward in time could not be possible, by deductive logic.

#3 I don't believe can be answered. I think that life exists only to serve itself until it ends. Why we are here is just a result of so many different factors we cannot currently comprehend.

I think that life is a result of many atoms, that are basically alive themselves, collect together into molecules and larger and larger clusters of them react together. Reactions would be different depending on what other formations of atoms are encountered in the same vicinity.

A biological lifeform, typically cannot exist without key elements, such as water, carbon, etc. Perhaps the clusters of atoms/molecules have a reaction to water and carbon and other elements that form a larger cluster in a somewhat organized pattern, such as DNA, and the exposure of DNA to certain elements, heat, light, etc. cause it to replicate, also in an organized pattern. Over millions of years it would mutate much like a virus, causing the organization to alter, thereby spawning different species of lifeforms.

#4 I think would be answered by #3. However, if life was created by some supreme being, the evolution would still take place.

#5 A computer cannot have a mind. It can process information differently than our brains do, and eventually technology may allow a computer to compute faster than our brains do. But to have a true intelligence, by human standards, it would have to be biological in nature.

However, my answer to #3 could indicate the possiblity of computers actually mutating themselves. They are also made from many of same materials humans are, just different ratios and patterns of molecular structures. So in reality we could say a computer is biological. But, a computer does not need water or food. Unless you consider electrons as food. Electrons are pushed through conductors much like our food is pushed through our digestive system. The movement of the electrons is actually a physical change in the atoms of the conductor caused by an external force, usually a magnetic flux creating a voltage, such as from a generator.

I think the intelligence aspect of a computer would require programming that allowed it to learn and remember a near infinite amount of information. I do believe at some point in the future, a computer could have intelligence (from our point of view) that can actually allow it to become it's own lifeform.

Life after death is an opinion. Only a dead person could have such knowledge. (Assuming a dead person has any knowledge).

E.T. I doubt very seriously we are alone in the universe. To think we are the only intelligent, human type of creature in existance is just senseless and probably arrogant. The answer to #3 explains why.

Moral values are relative. I think they are relative to what you consider immoral. Every person being unique, would also have unique definitions of what is moral or not. I think the majority of us do share many of the same morals. But, we also have additional morals that others might think immoral by their definition.

Deciding what is right or wrong would have to be based on our morals, I think. I think they really are one and the same. For example, most of us would consider killing over oil to be immoral, therefore wrong. But to love our family is moral, and therefore right. I can't think of anything off hand that is moral and wrong, or immoral and right.

The rich should help the poor. After all they are poor because the others are rich. You can't have one without the other, though. So if the rich truly helped the poor, then we would all be equal. It is the right thing to do and probably moral.

Yes I see these as 10 Big Questions. I want to explore all of them. Just one of them can hardly be addressed in volumes of books, let alone in this small rectangle space. I heard another idea that is making me nuts. How can the universe have borders but also be infinite? That must pertain to time travel. Somehow if the universe can fold on itself, you can in theory walk on the moon across the street from your house. No answers to your questions, just pleasure in seeking. Are you expecting the Yahoo world to answer any of your questions?

Good list of questions - to which there are no easy answers, no one-word answers, and especially no one-word answers starting with G.

Have you tried answering them yourself? If you are intelligent enough to ask these questions you are also intelligent enough to make a contribution towards answering some of them. Don't undervalue yourself without trying, and trying, and trying. The greatest minds that have ever been have only been human minds. As Tom Edison said, genius is ten percent inspiration and ninety percent perspiration.

The one Q on top of all these is...

WHAT CAUSED MIND... what causes consciousness...

You, with your questions are proof that your consciousness is trying to evolve to solve to learn to live a life you feel but but do not see yet.

Humanity has answered all these questions (read more please)

Now answer the question of who you are, what you are doing, what will be your evolution... I see YOU sense it... some can feel it... do you want to touch it? not one of you want to live it. I'm sick of it!

So death to all.
