Well, my first bit of advice to you would be to simply use a calculator to do the division. The answer will come out in decimals no matter what.
If you need to show the long division, there's only a couple of extra steps that you need to follow, and here they are.

1.) First, you should know that 0.015 goes on the outside of the division bar thingy, and 8.5 goes on the inside.

2.) Move the decimal point on the outside number until it becomes a whole number. At that point you can ignore the 2 zeroes before the number.

3.) Then, move the decimal point that many spaces over on the number inside. If you run out of numbers to put the decimal point between, then just add zeroes until you've moved the decimal point the right number of places.

4.) Finally, just do the division as you normally would. And you're done.
