At your bank or from American Express. It takes a few days to over a week to get them so order early. If you are travelling overseas check with your bank first. Sometimes you get better exchange rates using your ATM or credit card.

Go to your bank. They have this new program called Visa Buxx which allows you to load a certain amount of $$$ on the card. That way if you lose it you're only out the amount on the card and the thief cannot ruin your credit.

you can go to the nearest rite aid or green dot, purchase a prepaid credit card and load it up. you get a temporary card when purchased, 2 weeks later you get the original in the mail. you can load up as much as u want. mine is a master card and comes in very handy and less hassles with interest and other things.
