You will have indicators to let you know sharp or natural.

If the key signature doesn't have a sharp for F, then you would just play F natural.

If the key signature has a sharp for F, then you would play E# and F# together (in other words, F natural and F#).

Sometimes, composers have songs where the notes overlap with each other; there's a technical reason for that, most of the time...just play one of the notes. Which ever one you pick is fine.

Just play the F

guess you'll just have to settle for the F.

you can't exactly have an E sharp anyways.

I think you can only play "F",but then I am not an accomplished pianist.
