Racism is evil and ignorant. We are all humans so that alone should unite us. We are so stupid because we kill each other even though we are all part of the human race. If the aliens decide to invade we will lose because we will be too busy killing each other and the aliens will take over. Even though we come in different colors, have different cultures and different needs, inside we are all the same, we are human. Color does not matter to me, some people give me a hard time because my girlfriend is black. I do not know why some young Hispanics hate black people so much. Maybe it would be better if we were all blind that way we could not see the color of people's skin. It should be a crime to be racist. A good punishment for a racist would be to pluck their eyes out. Thank the white people for Mc Donalds, thank the Asian people for video games, thank the Hispanics for tortillas, thank the black people for music with great beats but you guys need to stop making vulgar songs and Hispanics need to stop having so many kids and Asian people need to start cooking their fish and white people need to give the rest of us a chance to be president. We all have pros and cons and that is what makes us human. Despite this there is no reason why we can't all live together in peace.

I like to think I'm not racist, but I'm sure things pop out unawares sometimes, after all I was raised by old school texans where it was a rule to hate mexicans. However I married a mexican (later divorced), one of my best friends is half black, half mexican, I live on an Indian Reservation and get along with all Natives that I know, and my adopted son is a tribal descendent,
and my favorite place to travel is Hawaii and I adore Hawaiian culture. So what I'm saying here is that color doesn't matter to me, maybe I even love the diversity of it as I keep finding myself attracted to friends and people of all colors.
My view on racism is.....what a waste of energy to dwell in a state of hatred for something that is only skin deep. I can think of more inert things to hate, like broken glass on a beach. The dirty stinkin glass.

Racism is a foolish emotion or thought. It adds to the misery in life by allowing bigots - people who think they are better than others for no real reason - to express prejudice and discrimination based solely on race creed or lifestyle. The real truths in life are shown by diversity of opinion being respected and reviewed by others - not by infliction of a single way of thinking upon all persons by a limited few moral majority freaks or religious right wingers.

I think racism is ridiculous. I am white and my husband is black. You would not believe how differently people treat me when I am with him. The color of someone's skin means absolutely nothing. I pray that my son doesn't experience racism.

I live in Canada. A country with one of the highest immigration rates in the world. We have spainish, asians, blacks every race here. This is great! The people from other places are friendly and I am proud to be Canadian for that of many great reasons. We are all people and no one should be discriminated.

The color of someone's skin has absolutely nothing to do with who that person really is inside. We are all different. There's more important stuff in the world to worry about than what someone's skin and heritage are.

Attitude and Actions form my views much more than a person's skin color.
