Saunas are good for relaxing muscles in your body. They are also good for releasing toxins in your body as you sweat. This is a huge benefit. Aroma therapy in generally used for mind and sould. Certain scents are proven to sooth, relax and calm your body- this would be a good place to do yoga for relaxation. I'm not too sure what the benefit of a steam room would be... hmm

It mostly to enjoy, whatever your like better. In addition steam room and sauna may help to ease muscle pain.
