how to get rid of the bar underneath the search bar?

kk. i need help on this so much it always pops up when i click on the search bar twice on any search site like yahoo or google i want to no how to get rid of that because it show everything i search for.

Clear the cookies. you can go to internet explorer settings and can clear the cookies.

On the Tool Bar click on View, then on next window click on toolbars, then remove the check mark next to the tool bar you don't want.
