Cheap machines could be had for under $100.00 and good machines ran $175.00 and up depending on the accessories and attachments. Do a Yahoo search for "vintage sewing machines" (include the quotation marks) and you will get more results than you care to explore. I'll bet you will quidkly find a current value for your sewing machine.

I bought a portable singer sewing maching for $99 in 1973. That is about the best information I can give you.
