Go for averages but nothing is totally predictable. I went to Egypt years ago and they were having their coldest winter for 40 years. The locals we talked to were not at all happy trogging about in big coats.
When we were in Dahab for new year we were staying in a compound in a room with a twig roof through which we could see the dazzling stars (I tied a scarf around my eyes so I could sleep) and every night we had to put all our clothes on so we would be warm enough to sleep.
Deserts get very cold at night because there are no clouds to hold the heat in. We did find the skeleton of a camel out in the desert though which was a pretty cool cliche. I'd like to find buried treasure next...

I even have booked to circulate to Egypt (Cairo, Luxor & Aswan) on the top of November / commencing up of December. What can l anticipate the components to be like? Will i've got the skill to swim and sunbathe while not traveling the web pages?! each and each city is diverse, climate sensible. Cairo in Nov/Dec is temperate. this is going to likely be too chilly to swim in an outdoors pool, and additionally you will probable discover it too chilly to sunbathe, except you are the hardy British kind who can sunbathe on cloudy, 15c days. The sunlight hours temp hovers around 15-20c, yet nights could be chilly, around 10c. determine to deliver heat outfits, as some web pages (Saqqara and Giza in paticularly) could have chilly, gritty winds. Luxor is high quality. you ought to discover that around midday or early midday you are able to sunbathe in case you have a sheltered sunny spot out of the breeze, yet do not anticipate to seize the night or previous due midday rays after sightseeing, because of the fact the temperature drops off fairly steeply later interior the day. Aswan is gorgeous in wintry climate, temperatures in mid to extreme Nineteen Twenties in the time of the day and young human beings at night. superb time of 12 months to be in this city, because of the fact the hordes of Egyptian travelers will attest. It gets VERY busy at that component of 12 months, be warned. Swimming and sunbathing are attractive that component of 12 months too :-) After the web pages nonetheless, there is not lots time for something previous sleep. appreciate :-)

Still quite hot actually. You have to wear long sleeves and keep yourself full of water. If you ever get the chance to go to Giza, there are many flower oil press shops there with essential oils that are amazing. It is such a contrast to see desert, a small river and then this green little area coming into it. Lots of amazing things to see and that is just about the modern world. Much less the Sphinx, valley of the pharoahs and you have to ride a smelly camel!
