The overall volume will be less, because a mass of ice has 9% more volume than an equivalent mass of water (if you are really precise, and measure the volume of the ice cubes along with the volume of the drink, instead of just measuring the level of the liquid in the container). When the ice melts, however, the level of the beverage in its container will rise (the part of the ice that was floating above the level of the liquid will now be liquid, and will raise the level of the liquid).
P.S. This is what they are saying will happen with the oceans when the polar ice caps melt because of global warming.

It will be less. The density of ice is less than 1.0 g/ml which is the density of the water. While the soda is basically a dilute solution of carbonic acid (carbon dioxide in water) the density is still very close to 1.0 g/ml). When the ice melts the temperature rises which drives out most of the carbon dioxide (gases are less soluble at higher temperatures) leaving a fluid which is even more water-like. So since ice loses volume when it melts the overall volume of the system becomes smaller.
