fruit. a banana is good coz its full of potassium so speeds up your metabolism and gives you plenty of energy. you could have it with low fat yogurt to make it more filling or with a healthy cereal like bran flakes.

Is that your normal breakfast ?
Women are supposed to do well on fruit for breakfast, men feel better on a bit of protein to start the day, according to one study.
When I run out of milk, bread ,pasta, cheese, and suet pudding, I sometimes enjoy strawberries, yogurt and almonds, it's got about all you need, it digests easily, and tastes fantastic. If it's not strawberry season, then any seasonal fruit would do (blackberries are great too )

I have a shake made from 2 spoons of non fat plain yogurt, frozen strawberries, a banana, skim milk and a scoop of chocolate protien powder. I use EAS whey protien powder because its low fat/low carb, high protien. When i was personal training, my trainer had me eating my dinner for breakfast (so I would have all day to burn the calories off) and having shakes for lunch or dinner.

Fresh fruit. That's all I have but I've never really liked breakfast in terms of cereal and toast so I have some fruit instead.

peanut butter and jelly, peanut butter gets you fat but it also makes you full in order to not eat as much, and its high in protein, and the jelly isn't many calories maybe only 10 fat calories but not much. Drink down with LOWFAT milk
