My State they call NCIC and I can leave with any firearm that day.

Now that I have my CCW they don't even have to do that.

where I live, for rifle or shotgun, walk into store, pick out gun, fill out Federal form, pay clerk, walk out with gun.

If you buy a used gun from a owner, you drive to owners home, pay person, go home with gun.
