It used to be legal! In 1904 you could go into any corner drugstore and buy Marijuana, Heroin, and Morphine! Coca-Cola also contained Cocaine! That's where the Coca came from! They should make it legal again!
You can buy it in any coffee shop in Amsterdam. Once something becomes legal no one wants to do it anymore. I think it would bring some of the crime rate down! Alot of Cancer and Glaucoma patients would benefit from that!

it is legal according to the constitution they have violated our constitution so many times and we can only change a few things every 10 years and pot is not as big a tragedy as other civil-rights violations.they tried to and passed the tax stamp and wrote laws around it to make it impossible to get the stamp not illegal because that violates the constitution and it got worse from there.we do not have the billion dollars it would take to challenge this in the courts.reperations for all jailed pot offenders would cost billions to so it will be hard to change.

Absolutely. The only reason it is illegal now is because the government doesn't want to admit it was wrong. At the very least, it should be approved for medical use, but it is certainly less harmful than either tobacco or alcohol.

I would legalize it and tax the hell out of it, if there was a way to test for it like alcohol. The only thing not allowing weed being permited is a test like alcohol has.

No, there is no reason to have marijuana in the US. People who do smoke it often do so irresponsibly.

I have no problem with Industrial Hemp being legalized. There is no reason for it to be illegal.
