We call it the see-saw game...I play this with my neice. Sit on a sofa, stretch your legs if u want you can cross ur foot(one on top of the other), make ur child sit on the ankle and hold her hands and lift ur leg up and down....itz that simple...kids love it!

Lol I do this frequently. it rather is demanding for me to sit down down nonetheless for a protracted quantity of time. I ought to do some thing in spite of if or not this is tapping my arms or bouncing my shoe off my foot.

Horsie ride. You can do this w/the child on your feet or on your crossed knee. Bouncing w/rhythm: Horsie, horse, go to town, horsie, horsie don't fall down. Drop your legs so the child "falls".

ride a horse to boston

(it's pronounces "hus")
you sing:

ride a horse to boston,
ride a horse to spain
watch out little______(kid's name)
that you don't fall in

after "fall in" you tip the child backwords off of your knees they will usually start laughing

my friend says that it is:

trot, trot to boston
trot, trot to lynn
watch out little ______
that you don't fall in

( she lived in bodton and lynn is a town right outside it)
