Good grief, this should not be a difficult choice for you.

Johnson and Wales is one of the best culinary programs in the US.
The Culinary Institute of America is definitely the top program, but J&W is definitely in the top 10.

Le Cordon Bleu, although named after the famous French school, is basically a "chain," like DeVry or ITT Tech.

Go to the real school: Johnson and Wales.

I'd go with Johnson & Wales. Its established, and well respected in RI and the NE. Le Cordon Bleu now has colleges all across the US and isn't as respected due to this explosion and lower quality of education. Make sure you have job placement though or intense internships.

Johnson and Wales. Le Cordon Blu is too....well, don't let a bunch of people on Yahoo! answers make your educational decisions. :)

Hmmmm, you are stuck between the finest French cooking school and one in Wales....geez that's a tough call.
I think I d have to go to Wales and learn how to cook your steaks very well done, and your veggies until that all have that lovely mushie consistency!
