Sounds like heartburn, which is common during pregnancy, but call your doctor up and check with him/her. Don't worry about asking stupid questions, you'll either find out that it's a problem so it can be taken care of or you will find peace of mind that it's nothing to worry about. Call you doctor up today.
Congratulations!

Firstly, I'm going to echo the previous posters and advise you to call your doctor, or go to the Emergency Room. Pain in pregnancy is really something that you shouldn't take lightly, and although in many cases nothing is wrong, sometimes there is a serious complication that needs immediate medical attention.

After going to the doctor, he or she might tell you the pain is a number of things. The most likely of which is pregnancy 'growing pains'. I had these from when I was 4 weeks to when I was 15 weeks along. They are sharp pains that come and go, and are around where the uterus is. Sometimes they were bad enough to make me want to keel over in pain.

If it is in one specific spot it could either just be somethign in your digestive system or cramps from being dehydrated. That what I had about the same time as you. Either way, the other person was right. This is a question for your obstetrician. Do you really want to risk something being wrong?

well if you're 100% sure that the pain is in your stomach than maybe it's caused by something you ate and has nothing to do with your pregnancy, still i would strongly recommend that you talk to your doctor
