I vote for London, for having absolutely everything in one place and for being a place of such contrasts. Other cities may be more relaxed, more arty, more pretty, more fashionable, but London is the most truly multicultural and diverse city in the world.
edit: candy k - I was with 1 million other people in London protesting against the war, the biggest protest in UK history, so don't judge a country by one politician!

Paris - I've been there a few times now and it justs gets better. Everything is wonderful: the history, art, architecture, buildings, amazing restaurants and cafes, the delicatessans and chocolate shops!!... It is very modern and cosmopolitan and olde worlde and charming too, plus its romantic... the Eiffel tower, the Seine, Sacre Coeur. I would say autumn or spring are the best times to go.
I'm not saying that because I'm french! I'm english!

San Francisco. Cost of living may be high there, but it's the most diverse city where everyone can just live "happy"... lol.
