she is all over him and flirty, and talks to him, she always brings him up and stuff, he likes her, him and his friends ask her out all the time. But they are just joking i think. Well now she claims she likes his friend that asked her out. she is my best friend and i dont know what i should do?

Shame girl..thats hard but you havr to let things happen...you did not mention whether he is your bf so I assume he is not...I suggest you talk to her about it as a friend...no guy is worth ruining a friendship over...
