Seems like only a box but I know there must be more to it.

I made them really easy by laying down six layers of newspaper, which kills the grass and weeds adding topsoil and decayed cow manure mixed up and piled on top of newspaper 5 or so inches deep top with mulch and plant away. It really works.

The whole object of a raised garden is just that..."raised". You can do it anyway you want. Easiest is best. Fill it with dirt and mulch and there you go. The biggest cost is the dirt unless you have an area you can dig.

Actually that is all there is to it. You can use milk crates laying across a 2x10 placed on two cement blocks or 2 upsidedown milk crates. Raised beds really do prevent alot of the bugs.

where ever you need this raised garden, fill it with a lot of dirt, and compacted as much as you can, and use decorative blocks to use it as a retaining wall, for the raised dirt that you fill in.....and take it from there.....for more information email at israelmoya20@yahoo.com

I just made mine with bricks. No hammering or mortar. Just stack them on top of each other.
