Are we talking about just the two of them, not the way it is written.
Written: Khali would win right now because they are trying to establish is power in the wwe. Everyone is suppose to be afraid of him.
Pure Wrestling: Kane would win. Althought I don't feel Kane is a good pure wrestler, he has more talent than Kahli and not power. Khali is all show and would last 1 min with Kane or anyone else for that matter.

I would rather watch paint dry than watch another Great Khali match, but due to their currents pushes, Khali is more likely to win.
I'd want Kane to win it though.

I think kane would win because he's more mobile in the ring and has more moves than khali

It all depends on what McMahon wants to put forth in the story lines for upcoming weeks.
Now, if you were to ask me, in a real street fight, no holds barred, no tv, no rehearsal, no planned events - and its strictly talent versus talent, strength versus strength - and it was the "real world" - Kane would go down like a sack of sugar. Khali is simply too big, too tall, too powerful - and likely is the strongest of the strongest anywhere in Smackdown, ECW, Raw, or any other little road show around. His push will be forthcoming soon enough. Batista, HHH, Show, Taker, - none of them can match this new talent in terms of strength.
But back to show biz....again it depends on McMahon, when he wants to start the push for Khali - but don't look for a Kane match anytime soon - he's on RAW - Khali on smackdown.

If The Great Khali can get a luck win over the Undertaker than he will beat the **** out of Cane. besides if the impostor Cane can beat the real Cane than Khali will demolish (The Big Red Machine).
