I had a c-section in 2002, and I had a rough time healing. I am having another c-section in October and I want to heal faster. I am a very active mother, with a very active 4 year old!!

vitamin E and chromium usually help with cell regeneration.

a good multi vitamin might help also MSM or DMAS which help with the collagen cross linking process while the cut is healing

Just keep taking your prenatals. Too much of anything could be bad.

And keep moving. That really helps you get back to normal faster.

keep moving...hah! i'd try omega-3. lots of protein is good too. i've had two c's and the second one went faster because i knew what i was in for.
