1) We played Dungeons and Dragons for three hours! Then I was slain by an elf.
2) Oh no! What have I done? I smashed open my little boy's piggy bank, and for what? A few measly cents, not even enough to buy one beer. Wait a minute, lemme count and make sure... not even close!
3) Bart, with ten thousand dollars we'd be millionaires. We could buy all kinds of useful things like... love!
4) And how is education supposed to make me feel smarter? Besides, every time I learn something new, it pushes some old stuff out of my brain. Remember when I took that home wine making course, and I forgot how to drive?
5) Now Bart, since you broke Grandpa's teeth, he gets to break yours.
-Homer Simpson

My favorite quote ever is by a very intelligent, but rather homely looking woman, Eleanor Roosevelt:
"No one can make you feel inferior without your consent."
It's a good quote. Maybe a little too deep for what you were looking for, but still worth sharing... :o)

Go Forward With Courage
When you are in doubt, be still, and wait;
when doubt no longer exists for you, then go forward with courage.
So long as mists envelop you, be still;
be still until the sunlight pours through and dispels the mists
-- as it surely will.
Then act with courage.

Hello! "We flew to the stars to build a temple of hope to hang our dream upon" from the song "Long Distance Lover" by my FAVORITE vocalist LENNY ZAKATEK of GONZALEZ (U.K. 70's funk - "I Haven't Stopped Dancing Yet") and ALAN PARSONS PROJECT. Isn't that beautiful? :D No ducks bowled here! www.profiles.yahoo.com/urloveurloved

"Should we apologize or f**k it just leave 'em pissed, hey!"
(Nelly. I realize he has no respect or street cred anymore, but I like the lyric- it's like, if you have a problem, screw you!)
Or to get philosophical
"Dream as if you'll live forever. Live as if you'll die today." (James Dean. He is sexy! And I'm pretty sure he lived by this philosophy)
