The paper is not in a wrapper. There is no markings on it to let me know. Is there something about the way it looks or feels to let me know?

it should say so on the tag, if you lost the tag, then, you need to soak a portion of it in water, if the back turns slippery and sticky, it's pre-pasted.

You can test a corner of the border by dipping it in water if its prepasted the water will activate the paste and it will have that slightly slimy feel to it

cut a small section off and add water to it if it is pre pasted you will know it

lick it and if it sticks to your tong --it is prepasted

It should say somewhere on the packaging.
