Ronaldo Luiz Nazario da Silva.. 22 September 1976.. currently plays of Real Madrid of Espain as forward jersey #9.
But as most brazilian players, we do not use both names.. most of them are known as their first names, last names or knicknames... alot of them also carry the "inho" in the end in the portuguese context means it "smaller" so it would be Ronaldo #9 and Little Ronaldo(Ronaldinho) #10- but yet on the 2002 world cup his jersey was Ronaldo Gaucho- also called then and for couple years after as "Maria(mary)" due to the head band he wore in one of his breaking fame games.. well thats more then you wanted to know.. hope that asnwers ur main question though
