Well, personally I think freckles are adorable and I don't think she should try to hide them. She should love herself for who she is! But if she really MUST hide them, then her best bet is a good foundation/concealer (concealer only if there aren't as many). Have her go to the mall and get a makeover (lots of the makeup places will do it for free, but it's polite to buy something if they do). When she does this, have her ask about it. The makeup artist will be able to help.

Your friend should embrace her freckles! Freckles keep you looking young and fresh and you should never cover them up. Any attempt to hide freckles with makeup will only leave you with a horrible caked-on look. Many models and celebrities have freckles like Lindsay Lohan and Misca Barton. I have freckles on my face also and there was a point in time when I didn't like them either, but now I love them. Think of them as beauty marks and don't try to cover them up.

Hide them?..why? I personally think freckles have their own special youthful charm. The only way you can hide them is to pile on "pancake" make-up that really looks bad and artificial. A fresh face (freckled) face with minimal make-up is the best way to go. I used to work in Bloomingdale's 59th Street in NYC, as a make-up artist...and I never tried to camouflage them.

My first response would be that freckles are cute, but if she really wants to hide them, try using a light pink blush to soften them. You can't entirley hide freckles, so tell her to be wary around foundations that are too chalky.

you can use makeup to cover it up. try dermabelnd it works great and it is water and smudge proof. You can get it at the cosmetics counter in macys or any other dept.store. Also if she wants to try to lighten them she can try some skin lightening cream that has Hydroquinone 2% you can find it in wal-mart or some store like that. you may not see results right away but over time you should see some. If that isn't good enough she could talk to a dermatologist about using laser to remover them.Hope this helps.

Teach her to love herself. Freckles are soooooo cute!! If they are overwhelming, then I guess she could try making them a little less intense by using foundation in her own color.
