check out the bios of ur system..
all this info is there...
push del button when u turn on the pc... bios menu will appear, all info is there..

There are hundreds of programs to do that.

Try CPU-Z as it is the smallest one to download that i can think of at theis moment (411 KiB).

After it's downloaded click on the MOTHERBOARD Tab, there it will list your Chipset, Senesor and Southbridge.
