Football pants are tight to help prevent injury -
NOT to make it harder to tackle.
You can put on a big bagggy pair of pants and still not get tackled if your able to hit someone.
That tight support helps to dissipate the collision point of contact and deflects trauma as well.

Football pants are tight (gay boy in training) because they hold the pads in place to protect the player.

Aagin, you are creeping us out! Quit looking at your classmates butts. Go out for a walk or something. Maybe start helping out around the house or volunteer in the neighborhood. Do something more productive with your time.
