i just got a new phone but when i try and phone it from a different phone it says you have reached the o2 voicemail service, my phone is on and charged and there is a signal, so what else could be wrong?

It could be set to divert all calls, u need to go into the settings for calls and reset divert if unanswered or something similar to that

its may also be the O2 system has not got you fully registared yet, should not take to long tho. Check your diverts, if still no look, give them a ring

It sounds like you've got it set to divert all calls to your voicemail!

maybe the phone you are calling from is faulty

have you got the right sim card in and is it registered?
