I thought freedom of speech, freedom of expression, freedom of the press, and the pursuit of happiness were American Constituional Rights, so why does Yahoo deny us these rights in violation of the U.S. Constituition?

Because you dont have the right on a privete sight, it is in an international format also (has no bearing).
Would you let me in your house spit on your floor, curse at your kids, kick your dog, eat your food, heck sleep in your bed. It's your house and you are king as Yahoo is it king of its sight.

Yahoo is operating private servers and is a private business. Freedom of speech is a principal that is applied to government regulations, not private companies.

As such, Yahoo has shown that it is pretty tolerant of free expression. There is however a set of community guidelines and questions and answers are removed for violation of those guidelines.

If you don't like it, you can express your outrage by hosting your own website on your own server.

Yahoo! does not edit the content of questions, answers, or comments in Yahoo! Answers. However, we reserve the right to remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate and/or in violation of the Yahoo! Answers Community Guidelines or the Yahoo! Terms of Service. Depending on the level of offense, you may risk deactivation of your Yahoo! ID and consequently everything associated with it, including email accounts, groups, posts, homepages, and profiles. If you are unsure whether your content is appropriate or consistent with these policies, please err on the side of caution and do not post it in Yahoo! Answers. Questions and Answers may not appear on all Yahoo! Answers sites.

None of your rights are being denied, others rights are being preserved,...children who can easily access yahoo are being protected from pornography, cussing and the criminally insane, stop thinking about yourself. I understand that your full of youth rage and angst,...but you have to admit that as a child there must be some things you are happy you weren't exposed to. They take away a childs innocence and curiousity in some cases and make them grow cold and cynical.

Now this may not win me best answer, but I'm sure if you let the people vote, some will agree with me,...besides trust me I know children shouldn't be exposed to me I have a mouth like a ****ing trucker!!!

Because they are being responsible. Rights have responsibilities. This is an open forum to people of all ages. As such, they have every right to assure the content is acceptable for all ages and all types of people. It's a Question/Answer forum, not a place for personal blogging.

If you don't feel a responsibility for that yourself, then maybe you don't deserve to exercise that "Right".

Because it's owned by Yahoo. And they don't want to be sued if someone says something or does something as a result of what another person has said.

Freedom of speech and etc. does not mean that one can spout off or say whatever they want without censorship.

There are kids on here and some of the questions are downright sick. I saw one today that was asking where to find photos of children. People should be able to browse and answer questions without being offended every two minutes

Yahoo is not a government entity and therefore nothing in the Bill of Rights restricts what policies they set up on their system. Don't like it? Start your own system.

This is a privately owned server. Your constitutional rights don't mean jack. Those rights you spout off so well would only apply to government owned domains.
