When a man stops looking at other women, he has a serious problem in my opinion. It's perfectly natural to look at other women (and for you to look at other men!), but of course most women do get jealous so that's natural as well. Discuss how you feel about this with your man, and see how he reacts. If you can't handle his reaction, then maybe it's time to rethink things, because this behavior isn't going to change. Would you honestly want him to still look but just not show you that side of himself? I prefer honesty in all matters, and most men would be pleased to know that they don't have to hide their admiration for the feminine form.
At the same time, if he's truly *longingly* looking, maybe something is lacking in his life and/or he's not ready to settle down. That doesn't necessarily mean he doesn't love the woman he claims to, it may just be that he just likes to look. Or maybe he's doing it on purpose just to see how *you* react to this. Maybe he's playing with you, or maybe he's used to acting this way and doesn't think a thing of it.
I prefer to look at life like this...let's say Cheerios was your favorite food. Then someone told you that as of say, tomorrow, you'd get to eat nothing but Cheerios for the rest of your life. All your other food options on earth would be over in one big ceremony, and you'd never get to touch another bowl of Captain Crunch. Wouldn't that seem pretty scary? Well, that's how commitment looks to a lot of people (myself included) and especially men. Maybe he's feeling tied down and is enjoying the innocent pleasure of scoping out some Wheaties every now and then.
Good luck!

Well, it's really a base instinct at work. A man sees a naked body, and it provokes the thought in him that he could be close to procreation, which in turn gets him sexually excited. On another level, aside from most men considering the female body to be much more attractive than the male version, it's naughty and something that is generally accepted as what should not be shown lightly. So when we do see a naked body, there's that whole feeling of breaking the rules and doing something outside the norm.

yes, as men we are human. a long relationship like one of 6 years is very tedious. and men will be men, but it is important that keep him occupied. develop a loving relationship separating love from lust. and when he looks ask him if she is cute and what is the most lust-full detail in her, and you do the same. because this will help build a trust full relationship. with you guys looking at other people but not acting any further will help you guys become open in your relationship.

All men look...their entire lives...why do you care? Is he mistreating you...does it really matter to you if he looks at others...I am not talking about ogling. You will never own another person..let them be themselves...in fact, look together, make comments on this, that...big deal. If you get bent out of shape over this kind of stuff, you are going to have a very bent out of shape life.

Men are visual.. they are gonna look... but if it's longinly like you described.. that's probably not a good thing. A quick glance is alot different than a long "look".

I would say he probably do love you, but he has male hormones. if he just glances at another woman it O.K. but long lusting desirable looks that something to consider.

Guys are always gonna be checking out chicks and their girls are always gonna get pissed. if he's doing it in front of you tell him its disrespectful to you. if hes chasing after women and starting up conversations with them dump him.
