Yeah I get what you guys are saying. But lets say for example...... a Nintento Wiii. Now if I buy 10 for full price (when they come out ) and sell them on ebay for more money, is that considered illegal. And do you need a license for that?

No that's not illegal, assuming you purchased them legally. The question is, how are you going to turn a profit. Can you buy them lower than the going rate? Or sell them higher than the going rate?

Did you obtain them illegally? If you paid full price for them, you're not going to make any money on them. They aren't in short supply any more, so no one's going to pay jacked up prices on E-bay for them. Other than that, it shouldn't be illegal as far as I know.

you can sell almost anything on ebay, but at selling 10 they may require you to sell as a "store"

no, but it's probably not smart since they've been out for so long, youre not likely to get good prices on ebay.

it sure is as long as you buy them, and you can sell for what you want but make sure not to jip yourself in the long run.
