I really want to get some clothes, but my mom says that I have enough and that I dont need anymore for a while.

Sometimes if you live on a fix income there is no way to spend on things like clothes, unless you save for it. If you are able to work that will help. if you have a father- call him and ask for it, it's his responsibility to pay for it. Sometimes if the problem is short on funds, go to goodwill outlet and you will find use clothes that looks as good as new. i buy name brand for about 10% of new cost, nobody will never know you shop at goodwill. good lucfk

If nothing else works, start wearing your friends' slutty clothing. She'll ask you what in the hell you are wearing then say you had to resort to borrowing because you didn't have anything to wear. Then she'll tell you not to borrow and hopefully take you shopping.
Or maybe you could look out for sales at your fave stores/dept. stores and your mom will be impressed that you are actually thinking about the value of money.

YOUR MOM MIGHT BE RIGHT THIS TIME...THE CLOTHES ARE GOING TO CHANGE WHEN YOU ARE READY TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL...MAYBE YOUR MOM DOESN'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY IN HER BUDGET FOR NEW CLOTHES NOW...IF SHE DOESN'T SPEND THE MONEY ON CLOTHES FOR YOU NOW ASK HER TO SAVE THAT MONEY SO YOU CAN USE IT FOR SCHOOL SHOPPING..THAT WAY YOU GET MORE THAN..HEY, LOOK AT IT THIS WAY...IT'S SUMMER AND WHAT DO YOU REALLY NEED BUT A BATHING SUIT, A FEW TEES , A FEW SHORTS AND A FEW JEANS.... I WOULD TRY THAT MONEY SAVING WITH YOUR MOM FOR SCHOOL CLOTHES...GIVE IT A TRY...YOU MAYBE A WINNER THIS TIME..

How old are you? If you're old enough go get a job and earn your own money and buy as many clothes as you want.

earn some money: babsitting, mother helper, mowing lawns, if you leave near a river or ocean, try washing boat/ or washing cars
or just tell her you've been good or just go to the mall and walk near som ecute stuff
my mom would always be like " you have too many clothe" and when we went to the mall , she would always end up getting me clothes"

You should get a summer job to buy yourself the clothes. Otherwise I'm afraid you'll have to wait until she decides to buy them for you.

Easy, don't get on her nerves. Bring her to the mall when you're about to do some shopping and ask her nicely to buy you some. Or you can always say, "early christmas/birthday present please?" =)
