High - Watching my opinion of Germany and Germans from their great displays of football all through the world cup. They have changed so much under Klinsmann. The first stage of the world cup didn't have a bad game. Greatest World Cup ever!
Low -
1.Watching Australia go out in the unfair manner that they did.
2.Watching a young impressive German team loosing to Italy in the way that they did.

Highs - Trinidad and Tobago reaching and impressing at the world cup. Argentina's winning goal against Mexico and Portugal's Ricardo terriffic saves against England in the penalty shoot out.
Lows - Crouch fouling Trinidadian Santos to score the first goal. Zidane's red card in the final

World Cup high for me = watching Italy winning the coveted trophy! My wish came true!
Also Buffon getting the Best Goalkeeper ward! Love watching him in action....
World Cup low for me = watching Brazil getting defeated and "kicked" out of the world cup!.They didnt play well at all throughout the wc!. So they deseved to go home.
By the way, Brazil is my fav football team...so I was rooting for them.Thats why their performance disappointed me so much!

Low number 1..the Socceroo's being eliminated in the way they were with an unfair PK.
Low number 2..the standard of refereeing in general as it has ruined many great games and altered results.
The high has definitely been the performances of the lower ranked sides that surprised many and showed us some really great skills. Some of them have provided the greatest entertainment and were a pleasure to watch.

Low - having to watch players blatantly diving cheating and rolling around on the floor trying to get players sent off (ie the whole Italian team and Cristiano Ronaldo) Its supposed to be a mans game so why do they act like girls

My World cup high is seeing ITALY win it for the 4th time in history and sending Les blues home where they belong. My low is seeing the poorest officiating in history beeing unleashed on us all due to FIFA's incompetency to give us quality referees.Please stop this wireless communication gizmos that i feel are being used to fix matches and give us video help like in NHL,Rugby and NBA
