I dont' think you realize the gift of her friendship. Woman have this niche about us, is called emotions and feelings. When your husband makes you furious, so angry you run out of the house where do you go? To see her, correct? Even though you wouldn't sacrifice your relationship to be her friends your bascially doing it anywyas.

Your nagging and her negative opinion only improved how you and your husband get along. When shes gone its all powered from you. He will get the upperhand in conversation, opinion, dchoice. Negative friends have benefits ya know. I am one.

You did great. Don't feel guilty.
Next step, give her a second chance, but make it clear with her that she needs to change her attitude so you could stay friends.
If she is sincere, she will apologize, and will become positive.

She probably thinks she knows best and cares about you. Let her know if she wants to continue being friends she doesnt have to like your decisions but she needs to respect them because they are your decisions, not hers.

wow, that really sucks.
seriously, in my opnion i dont think she is your friend
i mean, its always nice to her ther peoples advise, but giong to that extreme of always "being negetive" is not good.. if she was your friend, she has to respet your choices..
