The only way is if you never connect to the Internet (as said before) never borrow Cds, never download anything, and only install programs from Microsoft, but even then a program can respond unexpectedly So the answer is that a virtually safe computer is out there, but as soon as you pretty much do anything with it, safety goes down the drain.
By The way: The correct term is cracked, not hacked. Look It up answerers. These people arn't trying to improve your computer.

Ain't gonna happ'n. Doesn't matter what someone comes up with, some bored punk will figure out a way to workaround the security. In Vietnam I learned one very important fact of life. "Ain't noth'n impossible. Impossible just takes longer"!

The only way is to never connect it to the Internet. And even then you could contract a virus any time you loaded any files onto it, if they were infected. Every lock can be picked.

Hacking is an art.. However, a good firewall... or owning a macintosh almost garuntees you will not be hacked.
Unless you download a trojan.
